These general terms govern the contractual relationship between Pietra by Bianca and customers who place orders through pietrabybianca.com or by email.

1. Seller identification

2. Subject. Pietra by Bianca makes and sells handmade, made-to-order natural-stone furniture and decorative objects. Each piece is produced specifically for the customer after order confirmation.

3. Order process.
- Catalogue purchase (web): you select the piece and complete payment at checkout. Order confirmation starts production.
- Bespoke order (quote): you request a design, we issue an estimate with specifications (material, dimensions, finish, lead time and price), you confirm in writing and production starts.

4. Prices and taxes. Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT applicable to purchases in Spain. For deliveries to other EU countries VAT may vary; for deliveries outside the EU the price may exclude customs duties and import taxes, payable by the recipient.

5. Payment terms.
- Catalogue purchase: payment in full when confirming the order at checkout.
- Bespoke order: 50% deposit on confirmation and 50% balance before shipping, once the piece is finished and approved by the customer via photographs.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

6. Lead time. The usual production time is 60 to 90 days from order confirmation. It is indicative and may vary for reasons beyond our control (material availability, complexity). We will communicate any significant delay as early as possible.

7. Cancellations. The customer may cancel at no cost within 72 hours of confirmation and before production starts. Once fabrication has begun, cancellation entails loss of the deposit, with the cancellation cost never exceeding that amount.

8. Right of withdrawal. As goods made to the consumer's specifications, they are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 103(c) RDL 1/2007), since production begins with the customer's express consent.

9. Warranty and claims. 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects. To claim, email [email protected] with photos of the defect and your order number. Natural material variation is not considered a defect.

10. Limitation of liability. Pietra by Bianca is not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

11. Intellectual property. All site content (photographs, texts, designs, logos) is owned by Pietra by Bianca or its licensors. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile (natural persons), or those of Cádiz if the customer is a business. Alternative dispute resolution — EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Amendments. Pietra by Bianca may amend these terms; changes will not affect already confirmed orders.
