Production time. All our pieces are handmade to order. The usual lead time from order confirmation is 60 to 90 days, depending on the complexity of the piece and material availability. You'll receive status updates by email throughout the process.

Home delivery across Europe. We work exclusively with carriers specialised in high-value furniture and natural stone. Each piece is custom-crated (timber crate or high-density foam) and shipped directly to your home: we deliver to your door — it is never left on the street.

Delivery does not include carrying up floors, assembly or placement inside your home. We recommend:
- Ensuring clear access to the entrance.
- Arranging help (e.g. a second person) to move the heavier pieces into their final position.
Pieces are free-standing and stable once set down; any multi-part piece (a top resting on a base) is straightforward to position.

Shipping costs.
- Free home delivery throughout the EU on flagship pieces (coffee tables, consoles and dining tables).
- For objects and accessories, shipping is quoted on the estimate / at checkout.
- For shipments outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, USA, etc.), email us at [email protected] for a custom quote. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Inspection on delivery. Inspect the piece with the carrier before signing the delivery note. For any damage, note it on the delivery note, photograph it and notify us within 48 hours (see Refund policy).
