Sfera Side Table — Travertine

Sfera is half table, half sculpture: solid travertine spheres carved by hand and stacked beneath a round top, in a balance that looks improbable and is pure stone. It is the piece people look at twice — the one interior designers place where a room needs an accent without resorting to colour. Each sphere is turned individually and shows its own veining, giving the whole the subtle variation of handmade work. It works beside an armchair, in an entryway, or as an occasional pedestal.
